Rules and Regulations

  1. Book your slot on our booking site before playing.
    Full payment is required to confirm your slot.
  2. Wear proper sports attire and non-marking shoes.
  3. Use only paddles and balls approved for pickleball if renting equipment. Return them in proper condition. Broken paddles or balls will be charged.
  4. Respect others – no rough play, shouting, or profanity.
  5. Keep the court clean – no food, only water or sports drinks allowed. Tumblers preferred. Clean as you go.
  6. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  7. Non-playing children are not allowed on the court.
  8. No pets allowed on the premises.
  9. No smoking, vaping, or alcohol inside the facility.
  10. Guests must register before entering.
  11. Keep your belongings with you – management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  12. Change clothes only in bathrooms.
  13. Guests may arrive up to 30 minutes before their reservation and stay up to 30 minutes after reservation.
  14. No loitering or unrelated business activities inside the premises.
  15. Stop play if conditions are unsafe (rain, wet court, injuries).
  16. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
  17. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent ban.
