  • How do I book a court?
    You can book online through our reservation system. Choose your date, time, and number of players.
  • Do I need to pay when I book?
    Yes. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Can I walk in without a booking?
    Walk-ins are accepted if a court is available, but we recommend booking ahead to secure your slot. If a slot is available, you still have to book through the booking site and make the payment online.
  • How long is one playing session?
    Court rentals are booked by the hour.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    To ensure fair access to our courts, all confirmed bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Please review your schedule carefully before completing your reservation.
  • What should I wear?
    Sports attire and non-marking court shoes are required. Slippers or sandals are not allowed.
  • Can I rent equipment?
    Yes. Paddles are available for rent at the counter. Please present a valid ID to rent our equipment.
  • Are food and drinks allowed inside the court?
    Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Refreshments can be purchased from our reception area.
  • Do you allow private events or group rentals?
    Yes. You can reserve the courts for group play, tournaments, or corporate events. Contact us for packages.
